3D model description

My Anet A8 Plus kit was vibrating and shaking on the z axis when printing. While searching for a solution, I came across @3Displacement 's Prusa Bear X Upgrade which instantly caught my mind. After a few test prints, things where improved but I wanted it to be even sturdier. So, I made this remix to remedy my Z wobble issues. Problem, solved. The A8 Plus is now extremely solid. This brace has plenty of clearance for the hot end. No collisions.

For this mod, you will need to purchase:
• 2 - 7/16-14" x 36" Steel Threaded Rods
• 8 - 7/16-14" Nuts
• 6 - M4x15mm Bolts
• 6 - M4 T-Slot Nuts

You will need to print:
• 1 - Upper_Left_Mount.stl
• 1 - Upper_Right_Mount.stl
• 1 - Lower_Left_Mount.stl
• 1 - Lower_Right_Mount.stl
• 8 - Spherical_Washers.stl

Installation Procedure:
1. Install the lower mounts to the chassis using the OEM M5 screw and a M4x15 Bolt and M4 T-Slot Nut.
2. Thead in the rod into the hole of the Lower Left Mount.
3. Slide on the Spherical Washers above and below the mount.
4. Loosely secure with 7/16-14" Nuts above and below the mount.
5. Thread on a 7/16-14" Nut onto the rod from the top.
6. Followed by a set of Spherical Washers.
7. Thread on the Upper Left Mount
8. Mount the Upper Left Mount with 2 - M4x15 Bolts and T-Slot Nuts.
9. Thread on a set of Spherical Washers from the top.
10. Thread on a 7/16-14" Nut onto the rod from the top.
11. Lightly tighten the lowest Nut and the upper most Nut.
12. Lightly tighten the middle Nuts.
