Adaptations of DAL reinforcements for 400 mm long trapezoidal rods

I used the 400 mm trapezoidal rods recommended here (but without cutting them): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2748114

Four Z rods of 8 mm diameter and length 445 mm were then required to use the full stroke allowed by the 400 mm trapezoidal rods.

I assembled these two pieces, whose stl are available here, using 2 rods diam 8 mm length 460 mm positioned diagonally.

The assembly is tightened by 6 M3 nuts and 6 M3 screws 20 mm long.

<This adaptation then allows a total Z-travel of 272 mm with a heating plate, and without a heating plate a travel of 300 mm is achievable.

Walls 1.2 mm thick
