3D model description

Set of 28 dominoes of a classic domino game and a support model to be placed in front of the player.

You are free to choose the size you want but by default it is 5cm x 2.5cm x 7.5mm (standard domino size).

They are hollowed out to be filled by a 3D pen with a different color but it is possible to paint the background to play with them or leave them like that.

The stand is printable and measures 19 cm x 3.1 cm x 4 cm.

The maximum number of dominoes per support is 7, and it is possible to print all 4 (maximum 4 players) at once for a 22 cm x 22 cm board.

Sanding finer and finer after filling for the dominoes, I left the supports unsanded the rendering was not bad.

Discover the domino rule:

This very old game is still popular for its simplicity of play, it is played by 2 to 4 players.

The goal of the domino game is to be the first player to put down all his dominoes.

Each player receives 7 dominoes or 6 dominoes depending on the number of participants in the game (7 dominoes for 2 players, 6 dominoes for 3 or 4 players). Be careful, the dominoes must be distributed with hidden points. The rest of the dominoes will be used as a pickaxe.

The player with the highest double (i.e. double 6) starts the domino game. If no one has this domino, it will be the player with the highest double. The next player must in turn place a domino with the same number of points on at least one side of the previously placed domino.

If the player has a matching domino, he places it after the domino. If not, he draws a domino and passes his turn.

As the game progresses, the dominoes form a chain.

To win at dominoes, you just have to be the first player to put down all his dominoes. The game may be blocked. Then the player with the fewest points is declared the winner.

Feel free to share, subscribe, love my creations and especially to share your makes of them, it helps a lot.

3D printing settings

PLA+

250Β°C Nozzle

70Β°C Bed

Printing time of about 25 minutes per domino for my part (0.2mm, 60mm/s) but if you have the time don't hesitate to use 0.15mm for a better finish.

Don't hesitate to print them in batches even if I have separated the files so that each one can do as it wishes and separate the printing times.

All the dominoes fit on a 22cm x 22cm board.

Between 14h30 and 20h30 of printing for 320gr of material or 120 meter for all the dominoes in 0.3mm.

Between 1h45 and 2h15 of printing for 70gr of material or 25 meter per support in 0.4mm. (2 in 4h10 for my part)
