3D model description

Improved MK2.1 version update to latest version as of 08/2021

Here is my take at an easy almost fully 3D printable and accurate proton pack shell with all the external parts (legris, knob, etc...). All you'll need is lots of 20MM M3 screws and glue for the shell, but you still need the stickers, switches, tubings, lenses and alice frame. those aren't printable.

A template for the motherboard is included too and can be found in our FB group
https://www.facebook.com/groups/3DprintedGBprops/

(For the U.S., we have ways to cut it for cheap)
But the files are compatible with normal motherboard like gbfan

Download the part 1 of the assembly instructions here : https://www.etsy.com/shop/LeBazarDuQ

Assembly is easy, just look at reference pictures. The legris, clippards elbow and fittings are made of multiple parts that are meant to be glued together with a M3 screw inside and a second one can be added to the tip to make the hose fitting sturdier.
You will also find M3’s head size hole on the gun dissipator. Just put 4 small M3 in it as a mounting peg to glue it in place.

For the shell, as you probably know, they all have small cosmetic variations. So before printing, check the files to know which version of "options" you need for a particular pack. We cover pretty much everything you might need. If not ask on the group, we'll make it.

after life wand part are also included.

You won't need a lot a support, a lot of parts are made with sacrificial layers for the screws hole. Use your 3d printing 6th sense.

For the gun, you need to put a 20MM OD pvc tubing inside the handle or it will break easily and same thing for the clear tube for the gun, you can get 20 MM OD cheap Acrylic tubing on website like aliexpress.

So, if you need help for assembly, printing or to find some parts feel free to send me a message on facebook, or Instagram (@mr_kiou).

All the tips, tricks and other files like the mounting spacer can be found on the FB group for the 3D printed pack :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/3DprintedGBprops/

This took more than 2 years to finish but the model is free.

Support doesn't matter, You can use not supports on most of the parts.
