3D model description

I have a 2019 Ford F150.
There is a power port under one of the air vents.
If you flip the door open it can become a little shelf to hold a water bottle in front of the air vent.
I designed this bracket to hold the little door up so it becomes a shelf.
If you accelerate fast then the bottle will fall.
There are some little print helpers on the upside down vent latches. Trim away post print.
Printed in ABS, .2 layer, 50% infill

REVISION R1 ************************************************************************************

I added a loop to hold the bottle in place better.
I added some little "nubs" to index the loop onto the holder
I totally redesigned the vent louver latch pieces. They hold a lot better now. I added the print helpers back because the vent latches have to print upside down. Anyone let me know if you want this model without print helpers.
I added little blocks near the bottom to help hold the power door better
Be very careful when trimming the print helpers from the vent latches. Go slow and take your time. It's a tiny little area to have a flat edge razor blade in and fingers are right there so BE CAREFUL.
If you noticed, the holder at the bottom is 90mm's wide. After you add the loop, then the top parts is 80mm's wide. The power door is 90, the vent is 80. It works, just don't look too close. If you print this in ABS or PETG then you can use a drop of super glue to hold the loop onto the holder.
I printed this in ABS .2 layer 50% infill.
