Bullet Head Jig Master Mold Box

This is a master mold box for making a mold for small bullet head style jig heads. The finished jig heads are about 4.5 grams (5/32 oz. give or take)

The actual molds are poured from Mold Max 60 silicone and fit Size 2 Mustad 32756 Classic Aberdeen 90-Degree Bend Extra Strong Short Shank Jig Hooks. The bait keepers are bent from .031 safety wire.

Both mold haves can be printed in a 4.5" x 4.25" bed area.

Each mold half requires about 1.9 oz of Mold Max 60 Silicone to fill.

8-12-21 Update = Added a actual version of the mold for someone who wanted to try pouring lead into a printed mold. (Not that I'd recommend trying it.)
