The unique design concept!
Effective shock absorber is designed as a one-sheeted hyperboloid.
There are two variants of manufacture:
1. 3D printing (Selective Laser Sintering, SLS) using titanium powder.
2. Traditional ways of machining and welding

Design loads
Axial force 3000 N (=rider 100 kg* 3g acceleration)
Factor of safety for design loads 1,94.
Was examined 8 different variants of part to obtain a sufficient safety factor.
File formats:
1. Part Autodesk Inventor IPT(Native), MAX (imported as low-resolution mesh), STL/
The Inventor format can easily be converted to 3Ds Max and other formats
Delivery set:
1. Part (Inventor IPT, MAX, STL).
