Free period getting you down? Gotta keep moving to stay awake? Play a round of basketball or netball right on your desk. This kit includes a pencil case with BB key. Ruler (which is actually a sneaky slingshot), and some pencil toppers. One is of a netball hoop, and the other is a basketball hoop for those that need a backboard to make their shots count ;)

Ok, so I've spent the last few weeks designing this pencil case, pencil toppers and ruler for the back to school challenge (#backtoschool). It should work equally well for ABS and PLA as I have used tollerances that will allow for some minor warping during printing for those that don't have great calibration.

Add a rubber band and the ruler doubles as a mean slingshot for shooting hoops angry birds style. Both metric (centimeters) and imperial (inches) are shown on the ruler. Slingshot ruler 2, is pretty much the same, but has a chamfer on the edges to make it a bit easier to rule lines.

Two pencil toppers are included. One with a backboard and one netball style hoop to add more of a challenge. Place the pencil in the hole provided and you have your hoop set up ready to play. I have made these holes slightly oversized with a taper down to size so that you should be able to fit multiple diameters of pens/pencils. Jam in some bluetack if you have a smaller diameter pencil.

The case can be opened up to catch the projectiles. Or left closed to keep those pesky bits of paper, crayons, erasor chucks from getting mixed in with your stuff.

You can print the box, lid, and pencil topper 2 without any support. The ruler might require minimal support around the rubber band lugs (but will probably print ok without it).
