Diseño realista del Planeta Saturno. Como si se estuviese viendo a través del telescopio.

Este diseño es un remake de la versión anterior http://bit.ly/3bEPzNh. En esta nueva versión se mejoro la escala y proporción del planeta con respecto a los anillos.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Para imprimir este modelo es necesario contar con una cama de al menos 270x270 mm.

Diámetros del modelo:
• Diámetro de planeta 11.06 cm.
• Diámetro del anillo 26 cm.
• Escala del modelo 1:1,263,852,481.

Otros puntos que se mejoraron en este nuevo diseño:
• Mas detalle en el hexágono de saturno.
• División de Cassini (Anillo oscuro al centro del modelo)
• Detalle de las nubes de gas sobre el planeta
• División de Encke (Anillo con diámetro a la orilla del modelo)
• Se logra un efecto mas realista entre el modelo y los anillos al colocar filamento negro entre el planeta y los modelos.
• En este modelo la proporción entre los diámetros del paneta y anillos es a escala del planeta real.

--------- Impresión en dos colores para efecto más realista-------

Altura de capa 0.16 mm
Altura de primera capa 0.28
Con esta configuración de alturas de capa, se imprimieron las primeras 4 capas en filamento color negro. A partir de la capa 5 se coloco filamento color blanco, con esto se consigue un efecto mas realista en el planeta.
En caso de que no se pueda llevar a cabo la impresión en 2 colores, se recomienda utilizar pintura negra para mejorar el efecto realista del planeta. Colocando la pintura negra en donde va el color negro en el modelo.

Explicacion de la impresion en 2 colores:

1st layer height 0.28 mm. Black color
2nd layer height 0.16 mm. Black color
3rd layer height 0.16 mm. Black color
4th layer height 0.16 mm. Black color
5th layer height 0.16 mm. White color (Change)
Rest of the layers white color same layer height (0.16 mm)

Otras notas:

El modelo se imprime en dos partes como se muestra en las imágenes. Las dos partes del modelo se unen con adhesivo (cianoacrilato gel recomendado) una vez que se hayan impreso en 3D.

Colocar el LED en el barreno y asegurarlo con el Clip (STL incluido) para segurar que no se mueva de posición.

Realistic design of the Planet Saturn. As if you were looking through the telescope.

This design is a remake of the previous version http://bit.ly/3bEPzNh. In this new version, the scale and proportion of the planet with respect to the rings was improved.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To print this model it is necessary to have a bed of at least 270x270 mm.

Model diameters:
• Diameter of planet 11.06 cm.
• Diameter of the ring 26 cm.
• Scale of model 1: 1,263,852,481.

Other points that were improved in this new design:
• More detail on the Saturn hexagon.
• Cassini Division (Dark ring in the center of the model)
• Detail of the gas clouds over the planet
• Encke's division (Ring with diameter at the edge of the model)
• A more realistic effect between the model and the rings is achieved by placing black filament between the planet and the models.
• In this model the ratio between the diameters of the pan and rings is to the scale of the real planet.

--------- Two-color printing for more realistic effect -------

Layer height 0.16 mm
First layer height 0.28
With this layer height setting, the first 4 layers were printed in black filament. From layer 5, white filament was placed, with this a more realistic effect on the planet is achieved.

In case 2-color printing cannot be done, it is recommended to use black paint to enhance the realistic effect of the planet. Placing the black paint where the black color goes on the model.

STL files included:
• Part1_S.stl Print without supports
• Part2_LedHole.stl Needs supports to print
• Clip80thick.stl Print without supports.

Other Notes:
The model is printed in two parts as shown in the pictures. The two parts of the model are glued together (cyanoacrylate gel recommended) once they have been 3D printed.

Put the LED on the hole and secure it with the clip (STL included) in order to make sure the LED will not move after bond the parts.
