3D model description

Ray-gun Speaker System
This is 3D printed speaker system, intended for desktop use or for small to medium sized living rooms. Are they space-age, are they post-modern, or are they just weird looking, who knows? They sound great! Here's a sound demo running with my Tower of Bass subwoofer, listen with headphones:

If you like it, please hit like!

These are intended for use as satellite speakers, with response down to 145Hz, they need a subwoofer to give full range performance. I've provided frequency response plots and recomented EQ setting in the images above. I designed these to match my Tower of Bass subwoofer (Remix of a Hexibase design), but they will work with any subwoofer which can play up to ~160Hz.

I modeled the enclosure in WinISD, it's a ~400ml sealed conical enclosure, to minimize standing waves. The TEBM35C10-4 drivers are exceptional and an absolute steal at $8. They are also available in the UK and Europe for similar prices.

Don't take my word on the quality of the driver's, take an expert's opinion, "This driver has an incredible bandwidth for its size":

At the time of writing, they are $7.22 from Parts Express:
