3D model description

Very nice 8 blade hub design by Michaelmi782. Remixed hub features low friction races 3mm long at each end. I used a #42 drill bit on the center hole.

Base Mount: Clean center hole with #35 bit for wire or other
suitable material. I dropped a small piece of metal (finish nail head) into the bottom
of the center hole for reduced friction. I used a bead between the mount_pipeV3 and the printed frame.

Several tail sections are provide, however any object 2.5mm thick may be used.

Wire:
Wire clothes hanger (2.4mm) or a piece of 3/32 brass welding rod (2.5mm) 110mm long will work just fine.

Frame:
I used PLA @ 220 degrees. First 30 minuets @ 100% speed. Balance of time printed @ 72%. Faster speed makes the stem hole smaller where slower speed will make it larger when printing one frame.
Allow stem to cool completely before working it. Your results may vary.. Clean wire holes with a #42 index bit and press 110mm long wire rods into position.

Holes in the tail section are for pinning the tail section with 1.75 mm filament. Clean with index drill bit #49. v-notch is center line.

There are a lot of variables, so you will need to work with the components. I use a drill press for accurate holes.

Fit up necessary. Lubricant & Balancing of components will make it move smoothly. Placing the blades smooth side to the wind will be more efficient.
