3D model description

This is a silencer for airguns. Some assembly required, you also need a pipe and three grub screws.

For any length. The sizing fits inside a 26mm inner diameter pipe.

A threaded mount for UNF1/2" (20 threads per inch) is included. Other common threads were requested and are available here:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/modular-airgun-silencer-mount-parts-to-create-silencer-from-pipe

This design has specific spacers and end cap for the 7.62mm / .30 caliber.

Minimal length (mount + end cap) is 70mm.

Things to consider:
More length is more silent.
Using this bundle, you can create multiple lengths to try what works best for you.

If you need a specific thread size / male or female / length / width / connector width (e.g. same as your barrel) / threads per inch, send me a request.
If you have a piece of PVC or other pipe laying around, let me know the inner diameter, caliber, and the thread type for the mount. I will customize for you.

For construction, you need:
- 1 mount that fits your barrel, you may want to screw it on a few times to get the thread of the print worn in
- 1 end cap
- any amount of spacers, you need to fill the pipe with them
The length of the pipe in mm should be: length = 70mm + 16mm * spacers

For assembly, cut a piece of pipe to desired silencer length + 10mm (sand the excess off later).
You will need three grub screws. For example, lets say 3mm.
Drill 2.5mm holes in the pipe. Two at opposite sides for the mount side 35mm.
If you like, drill through the printed mount as well. This will allow more pressure if the threads are tight. To do so, position the mount flush with the end of the pipe.
Thread the holes with 3mm.
The cap just needs to be kept in place. One screw will do, if you like symmetry, use two. Drill 12mm from the other end of the pipe.

Screw in the mount first, then push the spacers down the other end, narrow end first.
Last push in the end cap until flush with the pipe and fasten the last screw.

My own print uses carbon pipe from Aliexpress, snapshot included, 28mm outer, 26mm inner.
I have added some pictures of the build.
Resulting silencer weighs 67 grams. Printed in PLA.

Need other sizes? Let me know!

3D printing settings

Printing
Print in PLA or PETG. ABS not recommended.
No rafts / supports needed.
Infill to your liking, I prefer 40% or up.
Use thin layer / fine print of 150 microns or less.

Note that threads may be tight on few fittings. More so on PETG than on PLA.
