design per un montaggio laterale della bobina.
questo fa si che il peso non gravi sopra la stampante, aumentandone le vibrazioni.

ma anzi aiuta a concentrare il peso nella base, garantendo un maggior baricentro.

il kit comprende una carrucola guida filo (opzionale), che aiuta lo scorrimento del filo, e attenua il rumore creato dal contatto con la plastica durante il movimento.

NOTA BENE.
dopo il montaggio del supporto controllare che il fascio di cavi che va all'hotend non vada ad agganciarsi al porta bobina.

dai test che ho fatto è molto improbabile che succeda.
ma basta un po di attenzione al posizionamento e questo non accadrà.

il montaggio della staffa porta bobina nel supporto avviene tramite due viti m4x20mm e 2 dadi m4.

il montaggio del supporto nella macchina avviene tramite 3 viti m4x15 e 3 t-nuts.

il montaggio della carrucola nel guidafilo avviene tramite 1 vite m4x20 e 1 dado m4.

per il montaggio del guida filo nellesteusore e per il montaggio del sensore di filamento, si usano le viti originali.

il cuscinetto da usare per la carrucola è un cuscinetto a gola da 4x13x6 mm

this means that the weight does not weigh on the printer, increasing its vibrations.
on the contrary, it helps to concentrate the weight in the base, guaranteeing a greater center of gravity.

the kit includes a wire guide pulley (optional), which helps the sliding of the wire, and attenuates the noise created by contact with the plastic during movement.

PLEASE NOTE.
After mounting the support, check that the bundle of cables that goes to the hotend does not hook onto the reel holder.
from the tests I have done this is very unlikely to happen.
but a little attention to positioning is enough and this will not happen.

the assembly of the reel holder bracket in the support takes place using two m4x20mm screws and 2 m4 nuts.

the mounting of the support in the machine takes place using 3 screws m4x15 and 3 t-nuts.

the pulley is mounted in the wire guide by means of 1 m4x20 screw and 1 m4 nut.

The original screws are used for mounting the thread guide in the melter and for mounting the filament sensor.

the bearing to be used for the pulley is a 4x13x6 mm groove bearing
