3D model description

Reproduction fuel-cap for the BSA Ariel 3 trike scooter. Direct replica of official cap minus the tapered end. Includes ventilation hole and hole for pull-cord (I normally use a boot-lace cut to size). Comes with indents for 2 O-rings. Tested on an Ariel 3, and only requires 1 O-ring for a snug fit. Only tried with SLA resin and we found that resin will melt over time when exposed to petrol/heat, so you may want to investigate appropriate print materials before printing. Please contact me if there are any parts of the STL that need fixing.

3D printing settings

Prints with the widest end flat on the plate (does required some pressure to remove once printed). Dimensions: 49.13mmx49mmx37.5mm.
