Cover holder for LD-002R

Hi.

This cover holder is loosely based on the design idea of scottyujan (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4702233) for the Creality LD-002R Resin printer. Big thanks to scott for this great idea!

However, with scott's design you have to "install" the cover holder before you can place the cover on it and then "park" it again to be able to close the cover (see pictures).

As I wanted to be able to store my cover without these two "extra" movements, I designed a cover holder that can be installed once and used without further manipulations.The resulting cover holder consists of one part and is easily installed at the top of the printer just like scott's design.

Given that it is a cantilever design, I paid close attention to the center of gravity of the cover (check the pictures). This ensured that the cover holder angle is just right to prevent uneven and unwanted forces.

Further, I used topology optimization in Fusion360 to optimize the design in terms of strength and material use. Besides being quite efficient as a design and costing me some $$$, it looks pretty cool ...for a cover holder at least ;)

Printing: Anything above 25% infill with Gyroid is ok. I used 3 perimeters and PLA. Orient the parts as shown in the photos!!! This is very important as PLA is an anisotropic material. To get rid of the seam issue, I placed it in the back and oriented the holder accordingly. You can use a Brim, but, as bed contact surface is quite ok, this is optional...Finally, this part needs support. I used CURA's tree support, which does a great job.
