3D model description

This model will hold the new SV Mini Control Pad securely in place, and take the same footprint as the XS 3000 control pad. The wire lines match up, and the original screw holes will be covered to prevent leaks.
This means you will not need to patch anything, or cut any new holes, unless you want to mount it flush.
The result is slightly proud of the Spa sides, but not so much to prevent the SPA lid from closing.
I created this when my heater and control panel blew up in the spa, and the SV Mini replacement meant a control pad change as well. Of course, they're a different size and shape, but I did not want to cut into the fiberglass spa to fit it flush.

3D printing settings

Used PETG, but ABS is probably an option too. I printed it with 25% cubic infill, at 0.16mm layer height, and 3 walls all around. Choose your temps and speed based on your printer and the tests you've likely run.
