3D model description

Designed for: REDINGTON, Path, line no.5, 8' 6", 4 pc., fly rods. Intended to securely fasten two assembled fly rods on the ceiling in a cap-over camper.

The "reel side" is printed with TPU at 100% infill and was placed on its side for slicing. The inner diameter of the reel side hook is 0.60 inches with a 0.75 inch width and could work for a different rod. (Note: since uploading I have found my Sage Foundation 590-4 fits perfectly as well!)

The "mid pole" file was also printed on its side, however, I used PLA for this component at 5%. The mid pole section final product pictured uses 0.25 x 0.75 inch foam tape with approximately 45 degree angle chamfer cuts on the outer ends.

Both prints are adhered to the ceiling, semi-permanently, with 3M 1" wide double-side foam tape. 3 inches for each reel side mount (2 total), and 2 inches total for the single mid section mount. Semi-permanent usually isn't my style, but it seems plenty adequate to me. None the less, rest assured, if you're reading this now is hasn't failed me yet!
