3D model description

Happy Birthday!
Celebrate friends or family with this cheerful sign. Combine this with the Hanging Holder Hook for a fully 3D printed display piece. Shown here with multiple colors (see details below), but easy to print in one color or use a filament swap for two. Or decorate with a 3D pen!

Bonus! Models of back without hanging loop are also included. Make a sign that could stick to a wall or use adhesive magnets for different options.

Coloring Details

How many colors do you see? I did this on my Palette 2 that takes in only 4 colors. No filament swaps, no post-processing, one print job. I layered the colors by printing the bottoms in solids and then printed a single 50% infill layer on the tops using different colors (though some letters use the same). I used White (outlines), Light Blue (cyan-like "T" & second "P"), Magenta ("R" & first "Y"), and Yellow (last "A"). Every other letter and the background is a blend. There are more details to share. 3D printing settings

Model is approximately 221 x 116 (with loop, 97 without loop) x 2 mm (1 mm back, 2 mm letters). I printed with 0.25 mm layer height. Each model has 3 solid layers and then a new process for a top layer that is 50% infill. No supports. No raft.

To create the outlines, I used a copy of the model (Back No Loop and Happy Birthday All) with 0% infill, 0% top and bottom layers, and a few outline perimeter shells (back has 4, text has 2).
