3D model description

This is a variation on my Compact dual fan assembly which includes a direct drive mount instead of a Bowden feed.

I have only produced a bracket for the Creality Dual Gear Extruder so far. I have included a step file for the relevant parts if you wish to modify to suit your own preference of extruder.

The basic mount can also be used for a Bowden system if the direct drive mounting bracket is removed and used as per the V3 design.

You will require various size M3 nuts and bolts and 15 x M3 Thermal Thread Inserts for the base mounting bracket. The inserts used:

To use the direct drive mount you will need to reprint the base unit for this to work as the V2 or V3 are not comapatible. The V6 and WM clamps are compatible from the V3 version.

Printed on an Ender 3 Pro with Red Amazon Basics PETG. Printed with 30% infill, 3 perimeters @ 0.2 layer height.
