3D model description

This is a 2 piece clamshell clamp to mount an E3D v6 head into a BFB 3d Touch printer. May also work on a 3DS CubeX if they use the same mounting holes, I don't know.

UPDATE v1.1

Edges of model sliced off to allow the part to fit between the bearing holders on the head carriage.

3D printing settings

It's a half inch thick, and 45mm in diameter. I printed mine with 100% fill, no support, out of PETg at .250mm layer height. It came out a bit lumpy, my printer doesn't like 100% fill for some reason. You will also need 5 brass M3 threaded inserts and M3 bolts.

As a side note, the stock E3D 100k Ohm thermistor won't work with the 3D Touch, you'll need a 230k Ohm thermistor, although I'm told a 200k will also work.
