×SKRS Style 18 Speed Truck Sim Shifter MOD for Logitech G920 G27 G26 ETS2 & ATS
I made this using Tinkercad and it attaches to the shifter of the Logitech shifters that are compatible with the G27, G29 and G920. There are possibly other it is compatible with but I have only tested with these models.
I found my YouTube video of the install I did hopefully that helps people see how it is supposed to work. https://youtu.be/kJT78ybwpRs
To make this work you will need to buy some switches which go into each of the holes and a USB Encoder board. The switches I have been using are these https://www.ebay.com/itm/283292785400 and the encoder board is https://www.ebay.com/itm/292143061931.
I do not have any pics of it printed on my phone anymore however I am including some pics from Tinkercad. This will need a longer screw (M4x35) to attach this which can be purchased here https://www.ebay.com/itm/111447868028.
You can use the USB Emulator box availble to download here to nicely mount the emulator in there as well, I just use some CAT5 cable (since it comes with four pairs of cables already) to go from the switch box to the emulator box. This is one example https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-usb-encoder-case-70545.
I will add info as I can think of it, hopefully this will help someone playing a truck sim game with better shifting dynamics.
I print using layer height of 0.15mm, and infill of 50%. Use more infill to add weight if you would like. I would add support so that the two holes (one for shifter shaft the other for cables) are correctly supported.
