3D model description

I finally made a mount plate for my dual head belt driven extruder to go onto a MendelMax 2 carriage.

Video of setup in operation:

I used 4pcs of M5 x 8mm screws, but I tapped my carriage plate. An untapped carriage plate will work with M4 screws and nuts, but I tapped to ease installation.

Manufacturing settings

I laser cut this from 5mm thick plywood, and sanded it down to thin enough to give a compression fit on my J-Head hot end mounts. The blue outline signifies the part that I've added 0.125mm laser cut compensation for a firmer fit in the groove mount.
