Created using Shapr3d(Free version). Your Tips/Donations can help me purchase a full working version.

I can't find it online anywhere so I decide to make one myself. This is a Dynamo Bracket Clamp used to attach a Dynamo Light; Dynamo Block; Bottle Dynamo onto your bicycle front wheels. Size of this Bracket is 23.8mm.

2 Version; Right and Left version of the bracket. I noted that some folding bicycle(like Brompton type) use left side for their bottle dynamo.

UPDATE(26/03/2023)

  • Updated the design and strengthen the bracket with my new knowledge of working on my Omni Pannier Clips MK2 and Front Cargo Adapter. Please print with 70% infill and above, with 3D infill pattern for best result.

  • Removed the 5cm version.

  • Files are spitted up, so you can print each part on it's own.

  • Added a Left side Version, for bicycle that using their dynamo on their left side.

3D printing settings

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Require 2 x M6 Nuts & Bolt(30mm or more)

  • Screw the Nuts & Bolts as tightly as you can.

  • (optional) A piece of rubber padding to hold and keep in in place, if need

  • Please print with 70% infill and above, with 3D infill pattern for best result.

Filament Type:

  • Print with PLA+ (If you are going to biodegrade it in a hot compost bin or burn it in your trash/waste dispose)

  • Print in PETG (If you have 3d Print Recycling options on your end)

My 3D Printer(Ender 3 Pro) Settings using Cura:

  • Layer Height: 0.3mm
  • Wall Thickness: 1.2
  • Wall Line Count: 3
  • Infill Density: 70% or above
  • Infill Pattern: Octet
  • Printing Temperature: 185c
  • Build Plate Temperature: 45c[Or 0c if no heat bed]
  • Print Speed: 60mm
  • Support Placement: Depends on you
  • Support Overhang Angle: 50
  • Build Plate Adhesion Type: Skirt
