3D model description

The model helps to keep the z axis in place when the printing bed is at lower positions. It can be clicked into the metal profiles of the printer and holds a 24mm ball bearing.

Additional material needed:
- 24mm (external diameter) ball bearing with internal diameter of 8mm
- Two screws 3,5 x 9,5 (metric)
- Shrinking tube for better fitting of the z axis in the ball bearing (optional)

Instructions:
- Bring the printing bed to the upper position
- Click the stabilizer (without ball bearing) in the upper profile behind the z axis
- Put the shrinking tube around the z axis (optional)
- Stick the ball bearing over the z axis
- Bring the stabilizer in the perfect position and fix it with the screws
- Insert the ball bearing into the stabilizer
- Bring the printing bed in various z positions to check the correct function of the stabilizer

Hope you will enjoy it.
