Stick on left version (Or double sticks / HOSAS) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4612465

Watch the video to see how it works and how it was designed: https://youtu.be/4G6hYgOzZvI

You can print just the joystick or the throttle unit too. All parts print without supports. Check the screenshot for my recommended orientation for printing. I printed everything with 0.2 mm layers, 3 perimeters.

Try the small test pieces first, to check for printer tolerance.
Choose the loose versions of pieces if unsure.

After printing, snap the parts together like in the video. The hinge pieces must be rotated 90 degrees, where their shaft is the thinnest, before snapping them in. Then slide in your controller.

Set your control stick to the right thumbstick and your throttle to the left trigger.

Optionally, for extra spring tension, snake in a short rubber band through the special channels in the joystick mechanism.

A drop of vaseline or other grease in the joints makes the operation smooth and less noisy.
