The legendary Ford Cosworth BDA 16v DOHC 1600cc released in 1969. Separate Parts include weber dcoe 45 side-draft carburetors and 2 different exhaust branches. Contains 50 STL Files. Print as a display model or to fit in your RC or model car.

Fitted in many classic road racing and rally cars from Ford Escorts, Cortina's, Anglia's to Zakspeed Escorts and Capri's and Mustangs, Ford Rally Cars etc., and used until this day in many Specials. Based on the trusty Ford 1600 Kent engine, the Cosworth BDA was a legend in its time!

Update:1 December 2023 : VERSION 1.2 RELEASED! I have reworked just about all the files to print easier and allow smaller scales. Improved scale accuracy. Included a .3mf file for assembly views (opens in Microsoft 3D builder). Added some small details. Now include a completely assembled engine STL file. All Files now come in 1/10 scale (previously 1/6 scale). Also corrected scaling issues where some files opened in mm and others in centimeter (Please make sure to import all files in mm). If you downloaded before please update to this version!

Files are in 1/10 Scale, can be easily resized in your slicer software. Can be scaled to 1/8, 1/10, 1/12, 1/16, 1/18, 1/24, 1/25 Scale.

Designed as a multi-piece for more detailing (50 Parts), 2 different exhaust branches, and various accessories like dry sump oil pump and tank, mechanical fuel pump, etc, holes for wires, and bolt/fastener details. Files are separated into individual parts. Modeling skill level medium, assembly and detailing required, for example, wiring of sparkplugs, etc.
