3D model description

The KJWorks M4 Be It Version 1, Version 2 or Version 3, They Altogether Have The Same Piston Head Design. Usually The Piston Head Rubber Does Not Last Very Long, and To Replace The Piston Head, The Cost is Quite Expensive.

So I Designed This, So As To Replace The Need To Buy One, Just Print As Many As You Heart Desires. I Have Designed The Centre Groove, So That The Grove Will Help To Catch Oil Lubricant, Therefore, Ensuring Smooth Cycle.

When Installing, Use A Round Blunt Tool Such As The Back of A Puncher To Push The Piston Rubber Flat On the Bolt Carrier. Remember, The Flat Bottom That Has Smaller Surface Area Should Seat Perfectly On The Bolt Carrier Housing and Not The Other Way Around. Open The STL File and You Will Understand What I Mean.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT : PRINT ONLY USING FLEXIBLE PTU FILAMENT.

USE ONLY FLEXIBLE PTU FILAMENT. I Highly Recommend Using 100% Infill Density and Also 0.1mm Layer Height For Best Results.
