3D model description

Mouthpiece for hookah composed of two pieces, the first is the design itself of the head of a howling wolf and the second piece is to print with Flex filament and thus ensure that the hookah has no losses, I recommend the color you see in the pictures, it is very bright and aesthetic without sanding, is the PLA Silver smartfil.

3D printing settings

The mouthpiece is about 56mm long and about 29mm in diameter, its inner hole is 15mm in diameter in the shape of a cone (it tapers down to 11mm in diameter to have a good grip with the shisha pipe).

To print I used a layer height of 0.1mm, 5% fill, 220c in nozzle, 50c in the base, the speed I used was about 50mm/s stable in all parameters except in the displacements that I used 100mm/s, the piece took about 2 hours to print.

To print the Flex filament part use a speed of 10 to 35mm/s and follow the parameters indicated by its manufacturer so as not to cause jams in the printer, you can use a layer height of 0.2mm for this part.
