3D model description

This parts are used to convert an Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus to magnetic delta arms.
These are designed so that the original hotend can be used.
The original geometry of the printer stays nearly the same (rod lengh 267mm).

The magnets I've used are magnetized according to the manufacturer with n40 and have a holding power of about 5 kilograms. But this probably applies to smooth metal surfaces. With the steel ball used, the tightening force will be lower, but enough to keep the effector.
The magnets I glued with 2k glue in the carriage and in the effector.

4x20mm threaded rods are screwed into the steel balls and then glued into the carbon rods. Important here is the exact same length of the rods. Measured on the outside of the steel balls, they should be exactly 277mm long, since the pivot point in the center of the steel ball is then a rod length of 267mm.

For the assembly you need:

12x magnets 10x5mm with 3mm hole (magnetized n40 or higher)
12x steel balls 10mm with 4mm threaded hole
12x threaded rods 4x20mm
6x carbon rods 6mm outside, 4mm inside diameter with a length of 257mm
1x 2k or super glue
