3D model description

STL Files for 3d printing the "modular Sci-fi Outpost" set.

This is a fully modular highly detailed terrain set to be used in tabletop wargaming games (like war hammer40000, Infinity, Star Wars: Legion...).

Further images on my site at: https://pyroka3d.de/gallery/modular-warhammer40k-terrain-sci-fi-outpost/

It consists of 3 main pieces and a lot of accessories to connect and extend the main pieces. It is designed to provide fresh gaming experiences, by being easy to set-up and change. All models are created and tested over multiple iterations for this set.

The 3 main pieces are the tech silo, the radar station, and the ruin.

The radar, cannon and bridge-rotator can be rotated in the horizontal.

Everything is designed for 3d printing.

Support is required for:
- the radarstation at the side where the guns are (the roof).
- the rangefinder barrels of the radar-roof
- the doorhandle/wheel for the tech silo and below the door
- the "add-on" cover, at the clip where it connects to a bridge

Glue is only required for:
- the groundruine (when connecting both parts to an L-shape
- the radar at the guns, when putting the lid over the gun
- the barrels and sight for the turret
Everything else can be conjoined by sticking the parts together.

File-list:
-- Techsilo bottom
-- Techsilo Top
-- small radio tower

-- Radar bottom

-- Stackable ruin level 1
-- Stackable ruin level 2

-- AddOnCover (cover to be clipped on bridges)
-- AdvancePlattform (A dead end platform for bridges, Buildings)
-- Bridge Rotator (A rotatable pillar)
-- Ladder (can be clipped everywhere on bridges)
-- Ladderplatform (A deadend with pillars, for adding a ladder)
-- Large Connector Bridge
-- Medium Connector Bridge
-- Small Connector Bridge

-- sandbags

Links to the seperate parts:
Unfortunatly the links have the forbidden word "war-hammer" in them so i can`t post them here. But you will find them in my terrain collection.

(The pipes in the first picture are not included)
They are also available and can be found in my terrain collection.

The tokens from the first image are downloadable for free, check my designs.

3D printing settings

The biggest parts requires a print area of 26x22 cm. (about 10.5 square inch to be save)

designed for FDM printers and tested on PLA plastic

0.1mm layer height for more detail
0.2mm layer height for more speed (for example when printing bridges)
Infill: 6% is enough and saves material

I recommend black PLA. (black is easier to hide hard to reach areas when painting).

Support where needed (radarstation and door of tech silo)
