Gauge 1 buffer 1:32 for LGB rails

After printing thing www.thingiverse.com/thing:507254 I realised the buffer could not slide on to LGB rails. The parts hit the nails for the rail-fixtures.

Removed ~2.5 mm material from the feet to have enough clearance to slide on LGB rails.
