Macintosh Quadra Centris 610 Power Macintosh 6100 CD-Caddy style CD-ROM Drive Bezel

I recently got a Macintosh Quadra 610 and wanted to add a CD-ROM drive to the machine so I needed a new bezel that would fit an old caddy loading CD-ROM drive that I had on hand.  Here's what I came up with.
