3D model description

A flat display stand with a small curve radius on corners and a small wall. It has a plaque at the front designed to be able to place a sticker to describe what is displayed. I had in mind a plaque big enough for my label maker which prints 12mm x 40mm labels.

I made this design to display two of my character models side by side. The internal structure is roughly 80mm x 160mm, inside the walls, and this was because I estimated each of my models needs about a 80x80mm square space to sit comfortably.

3D printing settings

I tested a print using an Ender 3 v2 and Cura slicer.

Full scale at layer height 0.2.
Wall line count 3.
Infill cubic, around 10%.
No supports.

X - 164mm
Y - 93.149mm
Z - 14.0216

Takes around 3 hours 36 minutes to print with my settings, and uses about 33g (11.00m) of filament which costed me around Β£0.62 going on my material cost of Β£18.99 per KG.
