3D model description

Scale model of the URO VAMTAC ST5 BN3 (armored) high mobility tactical vehicle.

Included are 3 files in 3mf format with the model in different scales (1:35, 1:72 and 1:87). The pieces are separated which allows different configurations. Also included is a custom-made rotating support.

Detailed and documented.

The URO VAMTAC (High Mobility Tactical Vehicle) is an all-terrain four-wheel drive vehicle intended primarily for military use and manufactured by the Spanish company UROVESA in Santiago de Compostela.

The model corresponds to the modern ST5 model in its armored version armed with a Browning M2 of the Spanish Army. The decals are from the airborne brigade RI3 (Asturias).

3D printing settings

High Definition models for resin printing. The 3mf files have loose parts which allows multiple configurations. There are 3 files prepared (scales 1:35, 1:72 and 1:87).

Low resolution model for printing with filament. There is a file with the loose parts in 1:35 scale. All parts have been printed and optimized for 0.4 mm PLA printer. We have tried to make the printing easier but maximizing the quality of the details. Assembly instructions are included.

The rotating support is printed with filament. A piece of 1 mm thick rubber mouse pad needs to be placed under the rotor. Assembly instructions are available.
