3D model description

I love 3DLabprint models and have built several of them. The one thing I don't like is the solid painted canopy their models have. This design allows you to have a clear canopy to add to the scale look of this beautiful model.

Print the included F3 with the canopy removed in lightweight PLA like the rest of the plane. Print the seat back and canopy with regular PLA. Print without supports. Cut off the included supports. Print the glass mould in PETG or other high temp plastic. Use a clear soda bottle to place over the mould. Jam scrap wood around the mould to create a tight fit over the mould. Use a heat gun to shrink the plastic around the mould. There are good Youtube videos to show this.

F3 in lightweight PLA like the rest of the plane
Frame in Regular PLA. 100% fill, no supports
Mould in PETG or higher temp plastic. 25% fill, 3 walls min
Seat Back in Regular PLA
Pilot in Regular PLA 10% fill, 2 walls
