3D model description

I upgraded my Ender 3 S1 to utilize a BigTreeTech Manta E3EZ main board, which puts the USB and SD card slots in a slightly different position. Therefore, this new custom front facia was born, and I hope you like it!

Adapter plate for mounting the Manta board can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/531654-ender-3-s1-manta-e3ez-adapter-plate

Just remove the 4 screws holding on the stock facia, and this one will fit in its place. It is a two-piece design so that it prints on the Ender easily. Connect the two sides with an M3x4 screw. Note that you will lose your stock drawer, but this one has the option to mount USB, RJ45 Ethernet, and HDMI ports so overall I think it is a win. :) I am also including a blank right side piece in case you don't want to expose any connectors on the front of your printer or if you want to modify it to suit your own needs. I do include STEP files (and STLs) with this package to help you.

Connectors you can get from Amazon:

3D printing settings

10% to 20% infill

0.2 layer height / 0.4 nozzle

Use tree supports on both pieces as they tend to be easy to remove. You can print the pieces without supports, but it may not be as clean when finished. Your call.
