Segway GT Scooter seat post mount

Seat post mount design for Segway GT Electric scooter.
Use engineering-grade filament/materials in the manufacture of this product.
You will need to obtain a seat post/seat assembly see the image for the seat post assembly used for this design seat mount. (RibasuBB Saddle Electric Scooter Seat for Xiaomi M365 M365PRO).
1) remove Segway rear footrest pad.
2) install velcro strip to the mounting surface of the footrest pad if you want to reuse the rubber foot pad when not using the seat post assembly & mount.
3) using the seat post mount as a guide insert the seat post into the seat post mount. You will need to mark holes on the seat post to drill/tap (I used) 10-32 threaded thumb knobs on each side.
4) remove the 4 each M4 screws that hold the footrest plate to the scooter.
5)Mount the seat post mount onto the rear surface of where the footrest pad would be placed. Install the new longer M4 fasteners, M4-50 and M4-100 with washers.
6) install the seat post/seat assembly into the seat post mount, and screw in the threaded thumb knobs.
7) check for all fastener tightness.
