Its an oval shape to hug your neck and ideally should be worn comfortably tight.

To get the perfect fit, you can use this free sizing set:

The .stl is 100x90mm (frontToBack, SideToSide)

and an internal circumference of approximately 300mm,
so can be scaled up as required

e.g.
I need a 145mm (internal FrontToBack) collar,
so scaled the collar (100x90mm) by 145%.

Thus giving me the collar (145mm) to fit my neck.

or
measure with a tape measure
I recommend printing a a confirming oval because the "right fit" is within 5mm of "too tight" and "loose"
