Its an oval shape to hug your neck and ideally should be worn comfortably tight.

The .stl is 100x90x25x8mm (frontToBack, SideToSide, Width, thickness)

and an internal circumference of approximately 300mm,
so can be scaled up as required

e.g.
I need a 145mm (internal FrontToBack) collar,
so scaled the collar (100x90mm) and lock by 145%.

Thus giving me the collar (145mm) to fit my neck and the lock to fit it.

I recommend printing a a confirming oval because the "right fit" is within 5mm of "too tight" and "loose"
