3D model description

This mount should enable you to create and mount your Voron Stealthburner to a Tronxy x5sa Pro printer. I searched everywhere for a design that would work with the stealth burner and decided to just create my own. I hope this is useful to who ever wishes to do the same with their Tronxy x5sa Pro.

How to:

  1. Follow the Voron Stealth Burner Instructions and print all the required parts to build it. https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Stealthburner.
NOTE: You do not need to print anything located in the "X_Carriage" folder included in the Github directory. Instead you will print the stl file included here.

  2. Assemble the Voron Stealth Burner as described in the Instructions until you get to the x-carriage portion of the instructions.

  3. Remove the metal Belt Carriage from your tronxy. You will still need to use the large metal block with holds your bearings and wheels along the x axis.

  4. Install the six M3 threaded inserts to the x-carriage you printed out.

  5. Mount the x-carriage you printed to the large metal block using two longer (at least one longer than 2.5 inches) slotted machine screws. (example: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Prime-Line-M5-0-8-x-60-mm-Metric-Grade-A2-70-Stainless-Steel-Phillips-Drive-Flat-Head-Machine-Screws-10-Pack-9121426/310723440)

  6. Connect the x-stop microswitch to the cable and then Mount it to the x-carriage. You will not be able to connect the x-stop microswitch cable after mounting it.

  7. Mount the Tronxy Black TR Sensor BACKWARDS to the x-carriage and screw in until snug.

  8. You are now ready to follow the rest of the instructions to mount the Stealthburner to the X-carriage mount.

OPTIONAL: I've included STL files for the Stealthburner chain holder you should use if you're going to mount the existing chain(s) from your tronxy to the stealthburner. I have included the option of running two chains the files here. You may want to print these so you're not zip tying everything on the back of your stealth burner.

Thanks!
