3D model description

Xbox Series X or S Wireless Controller Faceplate & Shell case

v3faceplatescaledwithholes
(This version that worked well with mine was the scaled with holes one) Minor clean up and used a deburring tool for the circle areas so that all fits well.

Give me time for these two models as they require more fittings tests:
Backplates do not work just yet (Raw scan available)
Battery cover scan is also available

Update: Thanks for the makers that downloaded the files as a bonus I'll upload the back plate and battery cover in a few days. Appreciate the support it does help a lot with the scanner purchase. Hit that like and follow button as well if you can its free ๐Ÿ˜„ (some placeholder scans for the backplate and battery cover will be uploaded. I will be making sure they fit right on the final one) Left backplate was the cleanest so far

Will be uploading better fits and alignment if needed. For now v3faceplatescaledwithholes works and you just screw it in place with the right alignment and post processing

There is a raw 3D scanned version (should fit with post processing done) but doesn't have the holes needed for the threads to screw in place. I only did this for initial alignment testing

3D printing settings

Used PLA Pro material

Printed at an angle where the grips are facing upwards (Refer to photo)

Calibrate your printers to get the best dimensional accuracy for this print

Scale accordingly i remember adjusting the size by 0.2mm at a time (increase or decrease accordingly)
