3D model description

This project had the intention of lowering the air resistance and the fuel consumption of my Suzuki Wagon R.
Every new car has the Air Curtain technology, so i tried to implement it in the OEM Bumper of my Suzuki Wagon R.

You need 4 printed parts on every side.
1. The fog light adapter
2. the excentric intake pipe
3. the wheelhouse counter part
4. the wheelhouse frame

Instruction:
1. Use wheelhouse frame (part 4) to mark the hole you cut in the wheel house
2. cut the hole and mark the 4 screw holes
3. install fog light adapter (part 1)
4. put on the intake pipe (part 2) (just plug)
5. install wheel arch counterpart+frame (part 3 & 4)
6. now turn the excentric intake pipe untill the airstream can flow seamless through the bumper to the wheel.
7. Mark this position or glue the intake pipe (2) with the Fog Light adapter (1) directly together.

Printed with an Anycubic i3 mega
These are designed to print with 0.8 nozzle
I used recycled PETG
Heatbed 90Β°C
Nozzle 205Β°C

no cooling
