3D model description

The Deluxe High Octane Bumblebee mold we got from 2014's Transformers: Age of Extinction toy line was a special figure to me. It was the last Bumblebee figure we got based on the revered Battle Blades Bumblebee mold from Revenge of the Fallen. It also featured what I thought was a cool head sculpt and an amazing first-gen Camaro alt mode with a nice black paint job accented by yellow stripes, but horizontal instead of vertical (ooooh). My issue with the figure though, was as cool as the size exit exhausts were, they had no place sticking out like a sore thumb on the doors in robot mode. That is why I've created this! Also, because I lost the original doors at Chipotle lol. These replicate the body lines, add new mirrors, and peg into the quarter panel in vehicle mode.

3D printing settings

SLA Printers will obviously give a better finish, but FDMs can print the file fine too, just may need some sandpaper after. In the pictures, I didn't use sandpaper, and I painted like a toddler, but with more time and care, they'll come out better.

The file comes with one door, but you can easily use the copy and flip feature to print for the other side, as they're just the mirror of each other, nothing more. The door mirror is on a thin post, so while it will print, be careful when handling it so it doesn't snap off. In the pictures there are windows, however, there is no file for those. I used leftover binder dividers and a little glue to make those, otherwise, I don't think it's necessary for the look. Good luck and have fun!
