*Symbols are slightly changed in bookmarks to be printed better in such small size *

Each Zodiac Sign Bookmark is in 5 versions

  • Sign, Symbol and Constellation (ALL)
  • Sign and Constellation (SIGNnSTAR)
  • Sign only (SIGN)
  • Symbol only (SYMBOL)
  • Constellation only (STAR)

Each version is with and without latin sign name ('TXT' in file name)
and every model is 0.4mm high (0.2mm solid model) or 0.6mm high (0.4mm solid model)

Additional models without anything but a frame (CLEAN) and the same but with a sun and moon (CLEAN-moon-sun)

CANCER models are with two symbols to choose from, a crab and a lobster

272 models total!

Main folder contains all of 0,4mm version of 'ALL-TXT' models (Sign, Symbol and Constellation with latin name) - wich, I think, will be used more often than other options
The rest are in two zip files

3D printing settings

Models tested with 0.4mm nozzle and version 0.4mm high
With color change from black to 'gold' after 0.2mm (for version 06 change it after 0.4mm)

'Golden' models on photos printed with first layer 0.2mm then 0.1mm

Black ones printed with 0.2mm layer thickness for a whole print
Printed without top layers (bottom layers set to 0.2mm [1 layer of 0.2 thickness] ; for 06 versions set it to 0.4mm)
And only 1 wall
This way you can get the same result as I have with just an outline of shapes
I recommend to print such way only 06 versions as 04 may be too weak then - you can also try to print it lowered by 0.1mm so the solid base will have 0.3mm instead of 0.4 and bookmark will be 0.5mm high
0.1mm layer thickness for whole print may be better for this print (stronger and little cleaner) than my 0.2 from test prints

Print it slowly for better details
You can also try to print it with smaller nozzle. It will look much better but will print much longer

It may not be an easy print if your printed is not properly calibrated
Imperfections like strings or small blobs remove with a sharp knife - do not use heated air to burn the strings as it may bend the bookmarks
