3D model description

My friend and I had a Minecraft server that was running on a Raspberry Pi 4b 8gb, with the new Pi 5 coming out soon and a new Minecraft update, it was time to design a new case.

This case will fit a Raspberry Pi 3B, 4B and the new Pi 5 as well. The internal frame slides into the screw mounting holes which haven't changed in the last 3 versions. The angled frame makes for easy access to all the GPIO if needed.

Around the base of the block there are 24 tabs that can be individually broken out if needed to allow for cables into the case.
Replacement tabs are included and can be printed if needed.

Also included is a frame and mount that fits a 4040 and 3030 fan.

There is also a clip included for mounting a LED strip inside.

3D printing settings

This was printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.2 mm layer height

The sides are all identical, will need to print them 5 times.
Raft or brim is recommended to prevent warping.

The diffusers attach to the sides with a drop of your favorite glue in the holes provided in the side panels.

Glue may be used to attach the board mount to the base but isn't really necessary.

Beyond that, you will need to print at least 12 of the clips to assemble the cube. I used 15. The clips should click into the holes in the diffusers.

The red diffuser is very thin and could be printed in white if you plan to use RGB inside.
