3D model description

Functioning Airsoft/Paintball Flintlock style pistol, capable of firing bb's or 0.68cal paintballs at 300FPS.

The old school flintlock just got a complete revamp! Not a single piece was kept the same as the old version.

The most notable difference is a fully enclosed breech and break-barrel, spring-loaded, loading system. Just pull the smaller trigger in front of the trigger guard and the barrel will flick open for shell loading.

Other changes include:

  • Thinner barrel that is lowered to sit flush with the body.
  • Fully enclosed breech providing exceptional efficiency.
  • Trigger sub-assembly built into the trigger guard, housing both trigger springs. The new guard design reduces part count and no longer requires any bolts!
  • Improved grip design – now faster and easier to print with reduced chance of warping.
  • Increased level of detail on the side plates. (Side plates download won't have the serial or Jigg's FL written on them).
  • Built-in reverse ported ‘compensator for less kick and gives a better muzzle-flash when fired with powder.

These flintlocks use APS CAM870 Mark I shells (or SMART shell) which are loaded in with either Co2 or HPA at a maximum of 1200psi. Pulling the trigger will open the valve and fire the paintball through a FREAK insert. Using HPA at 1200psi should yield a velocity of approximately 280fps. To lower the fps, lower the input pressure.

It is recommended using an standard size paintball FREAK insert for the barrel insert, but this is not required for firing bb's.

Pro Tip: Load some cooking flour into the shell. When you fire, a white smokey cloud will engulf in end of the pistol. Perfect for re-enactments or just turning a few heads!

FYI this was originally designed under the Sellswords Paintball licence, but I am migrating everything to Reality Forge Armament.
