LED Strip RGB Spiral Lamp with Effects and Music Control, Controllable via Remote Control, Bluetooth, WiFi, App, Alexa

The finished lamp has a diameter of 156mm and height 312mm.

What is needed is a standard LED strip, 10m long, 10mm wide, - not a waterproof one as they can be too thick. Be careful not to use LED strips with too high power, because of the then too high heat generation. Ideal are LED strips that are supplied with voltage via USB.

Whether to use an LED strip with remote control and / or Bluetooth / WiFi control via an app and / or ALexa is a matter of taste. My LED strip even has a microphone, so it can also be controlled via music.

The spiral screen ("Spiral screen WITH vase mode.stl") must be printed in "vase mode" (without bottom) to achieve high transparency. I used transparent PLA, printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and a line width of 0.8mm. The spiral shape gives a nice magnifying glass effect.

Alternatively, I added a spiral screen ("Spiral Screen WITHOUT Vase Mode.stl") with a wall thickness of 1.6mm, in case someone has problems printing in "Vase Mode" and prefers to print the spiral screen conventionally.

A small cable tie is still needed for the strain relief.

My settings when printing:

"Spiral screen WITHOUT vase mode.stl", layer height 0.2 mm, line width 0.8 mm with a 0.4 mm nozzle, Brim recommended!

"Lamp with strain relief", layer height 0.2 mm, line width 0.4 mm with a 0.4 mm nozzle, no Brim or Raft, but Skirt recommended!
