3D model description

Hello,
I tried to make a mold for the Phaetus Dragon Fly & Biqu H2 heating block.
It's not quite perfect yet, but it does the job.
I used this model for inspiration and also used the products from the video
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628694

So that the parts fit together well, I scaled the lid and the bottom to 101% , the middle and the srew to 99% (Slicer)

The silicone is mixed 1:1.
I used 3 grams of the silicone and 1 gram of paint. So I came to a total of 7 grams to fill.

To avoid air bubbles, do not fill all holes at the same time. Always knock the shape nicely on the table so that everything runs smoothly.

After 2 hours you can remove the silicone from the mold.

Excess silicone can be easily cut off and peeled off with your fingers.

(Update 10/2021: Added screw and made small adjustments)

Hallo,

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628694
