This is a wall bracket for the multi switch socket Intertek GNB(6)KS06 (Conrad Electronic). The brackets are fixed with countersunk screws (4mm diameter).

Mounting: For mounting, first screw the lower bracket to the wall, insert the socket with the upper bracket and mark the final position of the upper bracket on the wall. Then remove the socket and place only the upper holder against the mark, mark the screw position and screw the screw into the wall there. Then place the top holder together with the socket on the already mounted screw and lock it in place.
