2" 1.6mm Wall TUBING NOTCH GUIDE PACK

This is a pack of tools for notching tubing 2" (50.8mm) in diameter and also drawing centerlines on them and attaching them to a tube of the same size.

Use the guide to mark the tube and then remove the material which is not covered by the 3D printed tool, the tube will then perfectly mate with the other tube at the selected angle, it has slots at 10 degree intervals so it can be aligned with the centerline drawn on a tube or angled to suit your needs.

There are two versions of the centerline tool, one will mark two centerline at 180 degrees from the other, the second will draw three lines at 90 degrees from the other, it will accept a pen up to 14mm in diameter and uses an M4 x 20mm bolt to fix the pens, using a lighter or soldering iron heat the bolt and then thread into to hole to make the threads, I have included knurled knobs to fix to either a hex or allen bolt for ease of adjustment without the use of tools(If a larger size bolt is wanted please message me)

2" (50.8mm) - Diameter
1.6mm - wall thickness
0.2mm - clearance(OD - Tube to Guide)
30, 45, 60, 90 degree angles

Mating tube:

2" (50.8mm) - Diameter
Any wall diameter
